Amazing antique industrial work table with a massive steel pedestal base and original old-growth fir top. Absolutely full of character! We especially like the odd wood plug on one edge of the tabletop, a wonderful example of bygone DIY utility. The entire table has been restored; the base was stripped of two heavy coats of paint, cleaned, polished and coated with a protective layer of tung oil, and the top has been sanded and refinished in a satin wipe-on poly.
